My second new year’s resolution is to wear a waist-trainer while I do cardio and exercise. I am going to list the various benefits of wearing a waist-trainer and since I now have motivation to go to the gym, including this extra bit should be interesting. So recently I’ve seen a lot of fitness enthusiasts and celebrities trying out waist-trainers in a bid to cinch their waists and dropping inches and getting beautiful hourglass figures as a result. So here’s me thinking there might be some success to this so I did some research and now I’m going to include it into my fitness workouts to see if it works.
So basically the waist-trainer will re-sculpt your waist with or without exercise. Exercising with it will provide more long-term results and it hs been found that you can lose 1 to 4 inches of your waist in 30 days. This is what what I like to hear, I can finally get the body of Nicki Minaj and Kim Kardashian, yes yes!
It acts a toner for your waist and as you exercise especially during cardio, you will shed some weight and carve out a lovelier shaped waist and mid-riff. Don’t wear overnight, or while pregnant or for extended periods of time; no one want to feel like an anaconda is wrapped around them trying to eat them.
